UNDERTAKING OF COMPLIANCE WITH UGC REGULATIONS
We, Srinivasa Institute of Management Studies (SIMS), situated at P M Palem, Madhurawada, hereby affirm our full compliance with all regulations, guidelines, and directives issued by the University Grants Commission (UGC) from time to time. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of governance, transparency, and student welfare in strict accordance with UGC regulations.
In particular, we confirm compliance with the following:
1. Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)
We have established and constituted the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) as per the UGC (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees and Students in Higher Educational Institutions) Regulations, 2015. The committee is actively functioning to ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of women employees and students within our institution.
2. Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC)
We comply with the UGC (Redress of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2019, and have duly constituted the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) as prescribed under the regulations. Student grievances are addressed in a timely, fair, and systematic manner.
3. Public Self-Disclosure
In line with Andhra University / UGC guidelines on Public Self-Disclosure by Higher Education Institutions, we ensure transparent dissemination of key institutional details, including academics, administration, fees, faculty, and infrastructure, as per the prescribed norms.
